How will my watch be shipped?

We will ship out your watch by DHL Express while checking out. This methods of shipping is safe, and require acknowledgement of receipt of package by the recipient.

When will you ship my order?

We usually ship your watch within 1-2 business days after you place your order. To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, please provide your complete shipping address and a phone number where you can be reached. This allows DHL to contact you if they have trouble with your delivery. If your delivery is delayed by more than 5 business days, we will contact you directly.

How can I know whether my watch has bee shipped?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a DHL tracking number so you can check the status of your package online.

Do I need to be there to receive the delivery?

We highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order (if applicable).

Do you ship to all international locations?
