We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the watch must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order and meet the following criteria:
- The watch must be in its original working condition, with no accidental damage.
- No scratches on the case, glass, or strap caused by usage.
- The bracelet must not have been resized or altered.
If you receive a watch that is damaged during transit or not functioning upon arrival, you are still eligible for a return. In such cases, please contact us immediately at wristvulture@zohomail.com.
Refund & Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned watch, you can choose:
- A full refund of the purchase price.
- An exchange for another watch, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return package.
Return Shipping & Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- WristVulture is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
How to Request a Return:

- Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further return instructions.
