Return Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the watch must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order and meet the following criteria:

  • The watch must be in its original working condition, with no accidental damage.
  • No scratches on the case, glass, or strap caused by usage.
  • The bracelet must not have been resized or altered.

If you receive a watch that is damaged during transit or not functioning upon arrival, you are still eligible for a return. In such cases, please contact us immediately at wristvulture@zohomail.com.

Refund & Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned watch, you can choose:

  • A full refund of the purchase price.
  • An exchange for another watch, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return package.

Return Shipping & Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • WristVulture is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at wristvulture@zohomail.com with the subject “Return Requested”.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further return instructions.
